Epoprostenol PH&T successfully launched in Italy and the Netherlands.

October 2011 The launch of Epoprostenol PH&T has been successfully accomplished by Ibisqus in Italy and Devrimed in Netherlands.

The launch of Epoprostenol PH&T, fully equivalent and with the same quali-quantitative composition as Flolan, the originator from GSK, will allow more patients to have access to a less costly hospital therapy  for the treatment of primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH)) functional Class III and Class IV.

Epoprostenol PH&T is also indicated for use in renal dialysis when use of heparin carries a high risk of causing or exacerbating bleeding or when heparin is otherwise contraindicated.
